30 Days to Request a Return

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition – including packaging, tags, and accessories.

The 30 days refers to the moment you request the return, not the delivery of the product back to us.

Return Policy Details

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery to request a return
  • Product condition: Unused, undamaged, in original packaging with all tags
  • Restocking fee: We do not charge a restocking fee
  • Support: Our customer service team will guide you through the return process

Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products: We cover the full cost of return shipping
  • Returns for personal reasons (e.g., wrong size, change of mind): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable

Summary: For returns due to personal reasons, we refund only the product cost. Shipping costs (both ways) are not refunded unless the product was incorrect or damaged.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us: Send your order number and reason for return to hello@saazoo.com
  2. Pack the product: Use the original packaging and include all tags, documents, and accessories
  3. Send the package back: After approval, we will send return instructions. Use a tracked shipping method (with tracking number)

Refund Processing

  • Inspection: Returns are inspected upon delivery to confirm they meet the conditions
  • Processing time: Approved returns are processed within 7 business days
  • Banking delays: The time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider
